No Strings Attached

Money was raised in memory of Mick Flanagan at Mickstock 2010, organised by Friends of the School (Llanfyllin High School) and by the Buzzards Football Team to buy music equipment.

The ‘No Strings Attached’ project is a collaboration between Arts Connection and Powys Youth Service and offers guitars, tuition and mentoring free of charge to young people who may want to get started making music.

The scheme will feature a range of learning styles including peer support, online tuition and professional mentoring.
